My journey starts off at the very beginning of 2006, January 1st to be exact. At the time, I was going through many hardships in life; marriage separation, job layoff, and a 1 year old baby-girl to try and take care of. I was living in Monterey, CA, but due to my job and marriage situation, I resided back to the San Francisco Bay Area, where I was originally from.

Since I entered college in 1999 I pretty much stopped most of my physical activity, and took the college-life into full effect; drinking, partying, staying up late, BAD diet routines, laziness, etc. This lifestyle pretty much continued from the point I started college, till I graduated in 2004, but once I got married in 2004, I didn't really start the healthy lifestyle that I should have.
During that time, I was battling depression, stress, and lots anxiety from all my current life stresses, not to mention I was 245 lbs, overweight, out of shape, self conscience, and had very low self-esteem. During my work day, I would eat alone in solitude most of the time. I would drive to a local fast food restaurant drive-thru, and basically order more food than anyone should. My usual order, at times, were three to four cheeseburgers, fried chicken nuggets, two orders of large fries and soda.

Since I was pretty depressed about how some things of my life were going (long work commutes, new baby keeping us awake at night, living in a family member's house and not my own, being the only food provider for my little family), food consumption in large amounts was my only piece of happiness at times. I couldn't go home for lunch, since I had to commute 70 miles to work each day, so that wasn't an option. I was in complete denial of how I was looking and feeling, but conscious of eating way too much, and completely unhealthy at times. I kept lying to myself on working it off, "ahh, I'll go for a run when I get home, and this will be the only time I do this during this week."
But before I knew it, I didn't go run when I got home, and I ate bad again the next day.
I worked in Monterey for the entire time I was living in the area, then I got a position in San Jose, CA, so at that point the only choice I had was to commute 1-1.5 hours each way to work, each day; that meant "no time to workout". Once I got home, I had to take care of the family, and especially my young baby-girl. Bad eating habits, no motivation, depression, all continued and got worse. If I remember correctly, the heaviest I got was 245 lbs, and that was around the end of 2005, which is where my personal marriage issues started to really heat up.
On January 1st, 2006, my wife and I separated, and it really never turned into what a marriage should have. It really hit me hard, and I took it very serious, somewhat like "my worst nightmare, the thing I never wanted to ever happen in my life...just happened."

I decided to start making a positive change in my life and started going to the gym. My father and I got memberships to 24 hour Fitness in San Carlos, California, and that’s when I decided to get back into shape.
As time went on, I started getting more involved into supplements and training routines, as the Max Muscle Franchise in San Mateo, California (which is where I learned about ALLMAX Nutrition) were very kind to start me off on the right foot on many supplements and nutritional guidelines.

For a time, I was really interested in training for a strongman competition, because I loved lifting heavy weights; as I did have the size for it. Soon enough, I started to see my body transform, very quickly. My weight was going down, but my muscle mass was noticeably increasing, as well as my strength, stamina and intensity. I weighed my lowest ever since I went to college in 1999 at 202.5lbs. So my motivation jumped even more to get more muscle, and shred the fat off. With the help of RAPIDCUTS HARDCORE I knew I was well on my way. There wasn't anything stopping me at that point, even my current divorce and daily-life drama.

I decided to enter my first Bodybuilding show. I kept watching Jay Cutler DVD's to pickup any information I could on dieting and contest prep, read bodybuilding books (Encyclopedia of Bodybuilding by Arnold Schwarzenegger), watched Pumping Iron, read magazines, started eating a variety of foods to see what they did to my body and how I reacted to each of them, trial and error with various supplements, etc. I tried to do all the research I could to make this goal come out as best as I could the first time out. I even planned my own 16 week pre-contest diet, and followed it to the 'T', implemented many things I caught from the Jay Cutler DVD's (mainly training techniques and foods). I ate every 2-3 hours, implemented proper nutrition into every meal, drank tons of water, took my daily servings of RAPIDCUTS HARDCORE, cycled my supplements properly, and listened and learned from others that competed before or had past related experience.
So, from the support of my family/friends and the help of RAPIDCUTS HARDCORE, I competed in my first bodybuilding show in October 2008 with the WBFA (World Bodybuilding and Fitness Association). I Placed 2nd in the Men's Middleweight Novice, and 3rd in Men's Middleweight OPEN.
The heaviest I weighed during my pre-contest 16 week diet was 223 lbs and 10% body fat, and I shredded down to 176.5 lbs and ~5% body fat at contest time. Then I competed in the WBFA Monterey Bay Classic Bodybuilding and Fitness Championships this year and placed 1st in the Men's Novice Heavyweight-class, 1st in Men's novice overall champion and 2nd in the Men's heavyweight open-class!

I have to say the whole experience on-stage was probably one of the greatest experiences I've done in my entire life. Seeing the crowd, music, lights, cameras, cheers, everything! I couldn't get enough. I seriously had a permanent smile on during the whole show, even though I was dying for some water. I seriously cannot wait to get back on-stage! With all the things I've learned, and experimented with, during my transformation, I've been inspired to help others and share my knowledge. I am now proud to say I am a certified personal trainer. I have definitely been bit by the bodybuilding bug, and I don't think I'm going to look back! This is a lifestyle that is definitely appealing to me, and the best part is that my experience is inspiring others to try the same.

At the beginning before starting to use RAPIDCUTS HARDCORE, I saw an advertisement about ALLMAX Nutrition so I was curious and looked for more information about their products.
After reading the nutritional facts and the studies about it, I decided to give RAPIDCUTS HARDCORE a try.
I've been taking 5 capsules of RAPIDCUTS HARDCORE a day, to be more specific, 2 upon waking up on an empty stomach with 20 Oz. of water then the second dosage in the afternoon 2 more capsules with 12 Oz. of water on an empty stomach, then at night 30 min before working out, 1 capsule of RAPIDCUTS HARDCORE with an energy drink with no carbohydrates in it.
The good thing about RAPIDCUTS HARDCORE is the energy it gave me during the day and how it calms my hunger very well. I used this protocol in my preparation for the NPC Southern State with 35 min of cardio every day and 45 to 1 hour 10 min of weight training.
Same protocol was used with excellent results for the preparation of the NPC Space Coast Classic, contest that was held 2 weeks after the Southern State.
Then again I used the same protocol for another contest 2 weeks later, the NPC Tim Gardner Extravaganza part of PBW Tampa PRO and I must say I had superb results, winning the middleweight class that night and enjoying the Pro show live.
After the NPC Space Coast Classic, I decided to give ISOFLEX a try, so I combined it with RAPIDCUTS HARDCORE for my preparation for the NPC Tim Gardner Extravaganza.
I used 1 scoop after doing cardio with 16 Oz. of water and 2 scoops after working out. The good thing was that I substituted solid foods for the ISOFLEX protein shakes and that helped me to look leaner than I was before.
I want to thank ALLMAX Nutrition for the quality supplements they offer to the market, I truly believe in the lean gains I made with their products, I tried Mitotropin from Gaspari, Lipo 6 from Nutrex, Dyma-burn Xtreme from Dymatize and I must tell you there is nothing that made me look as good as I did with the combination of RAPIDCUTS HARDCORE and ISOFLEX.
I'm looking forward to trying more products from their superb line like, MUSCLEPRIME, NOK2, QUICKMASS or Leutor, since I read the nutritional facts and liked the amino acid content and the formulation of all of them.
